Welcome to The Zephyr
Once you arrive it will be clear why our home is named The Zephyr. With a sunny southern exposure on the street side and the entire western side open to the aptly named Greenleaf Park, there is no lack of gentle breezes. Our home is over a century old but filled with modern comforts like wifi, cable TV, heat and AC.
We do our best to ensure all of guests have a great experience that will lead to many happy memories. Everyone needs a comfortable place to get away, unwind, and find peace. We hope that our special location fills that need.
We have 2 apartments to suit our guests.
Both have private entrances, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen in each unit.
Unit 2 is the Zephyr Cottage on the first floor – perfect for a couples getaway.
Unit 3 is the Zephyr Retreat on the first floor facing Greenleaf Park – great for families.

Our Location
Our location is prime – the Great Auditorium is around the corner, Main Ave shopping and restaurants are 2 blocks to the South, the beach is 4 blocks, Wesley Lake and the pedestrian bridges to Asbury Park are 4 blocks to the North.
The NJ Transit Asbury Park Station is a half mile away – about a 10 minute walk. Our proximity to The Great Auditorium makes it the perfect place to stay for the craft fairs and flea markets. Days Ice Cream is a block away and a perfect way to end your day. Just a 1 mile stroll to the Paramount Theater and Convention Hall on the Asbury Park boardwalk. The Stone Pony Summer Stage has a concert almost every weekend.
